A Propos de theMatchaGreen
🇫🇷 Bienvenue chez theMatchaGreen ! Je m’appelle Akiko. Je suis née et j’ai grandi au Japon. Je vis actuellement près de Lausanne, dans le canton Vaud, en Suisse, et j’anime depuis 2016 un cours de cuisine japonaise « theMatchaGreen ».
Les menus proposés chez « theMatchaGreen » s’inspirent des plats maison que nous, les Japonais, préparons et dégustons au quotidien.
Même s’il n’est pas facile de cuisiner ici en Suisse exactement comme nous le faisons au Japon, je suis convaincue qu’en choisissant les bons ingrédients et en préparant les plats avec soin, vous pourrez les déguster chez vous.
La cuisine et l’alimentation font partie intégrante de la culture. J’espère également faire découvrir la culture japonaise à travers ces cours de cuisine.

🇬🇧 Welcome to theMatchaGreen! My name is Akiko. I was born and raised in Japan. I currently live near Lausanne in the canton Vaud, Switzerland, and have been running a Japanese cookery class ‘theMatchaGreen’ since 2016.
The menu at “theMatchaGreen” are based on the home-cooked dishes that we Japanese people cook and eat on a daily basis.
Although it is not easy to cook exactly as we do in Japan here in Switzerland, but I believe that by selecting the right ingredients and preparing the dishes carefully, you will be able to enjoy them in your own home.
Food and cooking is a culture. I also hope to share Japanese culture through the cooking classes.

こんにちは。Vaudローザンヌ郊外で和食クラスを開催している朗子(あきこ)です。
